• The above prices are only fixed if the work undertaken does not exceed studio time and materials estimated based on this quotation.
• There is a reasonable allowance for authors corrections, substantial changes will attract additional charges on time and materials.
• Only items specified are covered in this proposal, additional charges will apply to, but are not limited to, colour art proofs, Hi resolution scans, deep etching and/or masking hi resolution scans, couriers and deliveries, illustration and/or custom lettering and redrawing of logos or artwork.
• Unless specifically asked for a revised quotation, What’s it called? design studios will invoice any charges relating to a change in the brief or specification without reference to the Client.
• What’s it called? design studios reserves the right to charge a termination fee for any work undertaken on jobs that are subsequently cancelled or put on hold.
• Jobs taking longer than 30 days for completion are subject to partial billing for time and material undertaken to that date.
• All material / concepts created by What’s it called? design studios remain the property of What’s it called? design studios until fully paid for, and are protected under copyright.
• If the Client chooses to manage print and/or production, What’s it called? design studio will not accept any liability for print and/or production quality. It will be the clients responsibility to liaise with, and brief printers in these circumstances.
• If asked to liaise and/or manage the print and/or production the client will be billed for What’s it called? design studio’s time and expertise.
• What’s it called? design studio’s accepts no responsibility for breach of copyright on any material supplied by the Client, be it copy, scanning material or otherwise. What’s it called? design studios assumes that the client has permission to use such material and the client has instructed us, as their agents, to use the material.
• Authors alterations and additions, after the initial brief requested by the client, will incur additional charges. 24 hours are required for authors alterations to be made.
• All fees quoted are based on work performed during the course of regular working hours. Overtime, rush, holiday, and weekend work necessitated by client’s directive is billed in addition to the fees quoted.
• What’s it called? design studio’s ability to meet deadlines is predicted upon the Client’s provision of all necessary information and approvals in a timely manner.
• Payment terms: We require a deposit of 50% upon approval of the quote and the balance C.O.D. What’s it called? design studios must be advised of any disputed invoices within 3 days of invoice date. Payment that is overdue will accumulate a fee of 5% interest, and will be charged accordingly.
